As with court reporting, we strive to maintain the same high standard with our videographers. We handle all aspects of timely setup and testing prior to the deposition and perform consistent quality checks throughout the proceeding - all while remaining as quiet and unobtrusive as possible.

Video Synchronization

The Barkley Standard synchronizes every video deposition with your transcript text. Synchronization lets you instantly find the associated video for any text portion of the transcript and easily compile "video clips" of crucial points to make your case. Best of all, you can do this quickly. Need to prove a witness is perjuring himself? Don't read the transcript out loud—find the clip and show the jury—while he's still on the stand!

We also provide import files for all legal presentation software (Summation, LiveNote, Sanction, Trial Director, etc.) as standard, in addition to a complimentary, stand-alone clip making program.
