Can’t Remember What the Transcript Says? View Your PDFs Side-by-Side

  • Can’t Remember What the Transcript Says? View Your PDFs Side-by-Side

These days it’s pretty common to have two monitors on your desk so you can view and work on separate documents at the same time. Acrobat Pro DC enables you to view separate PDFs side-by-side or stacked without the need for a second monitor.

    Here’s how:

    1. Open the PDFs you need to review and/or edit.
    2. Click on WINDOW in top menu bar of one of those PDFs, then select TILE to view both PDFs either stacked (“HORIZONTAL”) or side-by-side (“VERTICAL”).
    3. Each PDF displays in equal proportion; drag the sides to resize your view as needed.
    4. To edit a PDF, click on the arrow on left side of page to expand the pages pane or use  arrow on the right side of the page to access the Acrobat tools panel.
