MSJs and Deposition Summaries Made Easier
Barkley provides a mobile format of our clients’ transcripts that we’ve been hearing is a great tool for more easily creating MSJs and deposition summaries. Here’s why.
Designed to enable attorneys to work on their transcripts while on the go, the Barkley mobile transcript format lets you mark up your transcripts whether you are on- or off-line, then sync your annotations across your mobile devices. This ensures that you always access your latest work. You also can highlight testimony, add notes, and even share comments with associates whom you’ve given permission to see the transcript. Collaborating on MSJs is much easier.
Here’s the really great part: Once your review of a transcript is complete, just click on the EXPORT button and select to export all the markups. Your comments along with those from colleagues are collated into an emailable table that includes the testimony, the line and page number, and comments. Simply edit this table of comments as needed before forwarding to the appropriate parties.
Have you used Barkley for a deposition within the last two years? Then this mobile transcript format is readily available to you as a complimentary service.
