Quickly Send Deposition Files

Looking for a faster way to send your deposition files to colleagues and clients? Try using the BarkleyAccess re-usable thumb drive:

1. Insert the BarkleyAccess thumb drive into your online device.
2. Click the TRANSCRIPTS button to select the eMailable Transcript PDF or click on EXHIBITS to select the Bundled Exhibits file.
3. Click on the eMail button directly below the files listed. Your Outlook opens with the files chosen auto-attached and the deposition information included.
4. Enter the email address.
5. Send.

Not sending your deposition files? Use the COPY FILES button to quickly copy deposition documents to your device. You can even include the BarkleyAccess interface.

Don’t have a BarkleyAccess thumb drive?  No problem. Use your secure BarkleyWeb access to download these same files from our online portal. Attach them to an email and enter the deposition information with the appropriate email address before sending.
