Barkley has been providing Mandatory/ Minimum Continuing Legal Education (M/CLE) credit courses for legal professionals as a service to the legal community for more than a decade.  Available both online and in-person, Barkley M/CLEs draw on our leadership in providing the latest deposition and transcript management technologies to demonstrate how the work of a legal professional can be made easier.  

Barkley has expanded our original M/CLE program to include a: 

• New Elimination of Bias credit M/CLE related to staffing your firm
• New Ethics credit M/CLE  focused on providing the latest ethical security protocols for using mobile devices as part of your practice
• New Law Practice Management credit M/CLE focused on  how to use deposition and transcript management technologies to get the most of witness testimony
