MCLE

Mandatory / Minimum Continuing Legal Education

Barkley has been providing Mandatory/ Minimum Continuing Legal Education (M/CLE) credit courses for legal professionals as a service to the legal community for more than 10 years.  Available both online and in-person, Barkley M/CLEs typically draw on our leadership in providing the latest deposition and transcript management technologies to demonstrate how the work of a legal professional can be made easier.

For 2019,  Barkley has expanded our M/CLE program to include:

  • New Elimination of Bias credit M/CLE related to staffing your firm
  • New Ethics credit M/CLE  focused on providing the latest ethical security protocols for using mobile devices as part of your practice
  • New Law Practice Management credit M/CLE focused on  how to use deposition and transcript management technologies to get the most of witness testimony

Two of these new courses are being presented by Brett Burney, who frequently presents for the ABA on technologies for attorneys.  In addition, Barkley will continue offering our very popular two-part Adobe Acrobat DC PRO series. Course descriptions, the dates they are being offered in 2019, and links to register are available at: https://barkley.com/mcle/emcle-courses/

If you are interested in an M/CLE that Barkley has previously offered, please contact your Barkley Account Executive.

As an added value, Barkley M/CLEs are complementary to our active clients; a nominal non-refundable registration fee is charged for all other attendees. Please contact your Barkley account executive for the complimentary code.

Financial hardship assistance is available for our online M/CLEs, please email Barkley@Barkley.com five business days in advance of the presentation date to request this assistance.
