"The best run, most responsive, most professional, best technology court reporting firm. That's a big compliment. Thanks for all of your professionalism. It really does make a difference."
"I was completely pleased in all respects with the reporter. Your staff is exceptional!!! I have no suggestions other than to keep up the good work."
"The woman who helped me on the phone was very efficient--great service!"
"Our Reporter was very professional and nice."
"Late yesterday we had a big last minute change to a dep scheduled for tomorrow that required obtaining video conferencing services in a different state, new location for counsel to attend, it was essentially a big headache. I called Elmer this morning and he was on it! He took care of everything, confirmed with both locations and set us up. Elmer and the Barkley team are awesome!"
"Our Reporter did an excellent job and performed all of her duties in a very professional and pleasant manner. I have worked with this reporter on two occasions now and would welcome the opportunity to work with her in the future."
"Your scheduling folks came through big-time for me today. Last night, Sunday night, I realized that I had failed to order a court reporter for a deposition I had noticed for 11 am today (Mon) out in Pleasanton. Left a message on the Barkley emergency line. At 8 a.m. this morning, confirmed that someone there was already working on it. That person - a woman named [Yuni] -- updated me and just before 10 am - two hours' work on her part - she called to say she had secured a reporter -- who got to the location by 10:45 a.m. Extremely grateful."
"Just had to mention that Barkley has come through again for me! This morning my attorney needed pdfs of three deposition transcripts and exhibits immediately forwarded to co-counsel in Michigan. I sent an email to Elena and asked if she could email those to me. Honestly, in less than 10 minutes, she sent the pdfs of the transcripts and the exhibits. Can't tell you how much that helped us. Thanks so much!"
"I was asked by my managing partner to scan two exhibits from a deposition transcript. I decided I'd print the exhibits off the thumb drive you send with transcripts and then scan them to him; however, when I downloaded the transcript there was a menu that gave me the option of emailing data directly from the thumb drive. Brilliant! It took about 30 seconds to actually download the thumb drive and email those two exhibits to him. Super easy!! Didn't have to print anything, didn't have to copy anything! Also, the cases the thumb drives come in (with the case information on the back) are great because they don't get lost in other file materials."
"Lin contributed mightily to our winning a nonsuit at the end of the plaintiff's case she brought her excellent state-of-the-art graphics and video technical skills to create highly effective visuals, exhibit displays and video deposition clips and contributed keen insights on how to best present our case providing a clear and persuasive visual comparison of two key items of written evidence which I used to great effect in my Opening Statement to set the stage for both the jury and the judge."
