Now provided on a re-usable thumb drive, the BarkleyAccess package makes it easy to transfer transcripts, exhibits and synched video to your computer, transcript management program or shared network. Just click on copy files to download all the different transcript formats Barkley provides along with exhibits and the synched video (when videographer services were ordered). If you prefer, transcripts files, exhibits and synched video may be downloaded by selecting them separately. Emailing transcripts and exhibits also is made easier with the BarkleyAccess package. The E-Mail button enables the file(s) you select to be attached to an email automatically populated with the case and deposition information.
"I was asked by my managing partner to scan two exhibits from a deposition transcript. I decided to print the exhibits off the thumb drive you send with transcripts and then scan them to him; however, when I downloaded the transcript there was a menu that gave me the option of emailing data directly from the thumb drive. Brilliant! It took about 30 seconds to actually download the thumb drive and email those two exhibits to him. Super easy!! I didn't have to print anything, didn't have to copy anything! Also, the cases the thumb drives come in (with the case information on the back) are great because they don't get lost in other file materials."
