Since 1995, Gary Barnes has specialized in litigation and settlement multimedia video production. He has been responsible for proposal writing, visual strategy, design, budget, schedule, and resource allocation for projects, utilizing 2D/3D animation, live action video, static exhibits, video depositions, as well as the installation and utilization of presentation systems for use during trial and settlement hearings.
